Raids end at ZeroHour.

ZeroHour watches new members, spam waves and admins who go rogue. When something trips, it acts in seconds and puts back what was destroyed.

Set up in under a minute. ZeroHour never asks for Administrator.

Incident logexample
  1. 8 accounts joined in 30s. Raid mode on.

  2. 3 new accounts posted the same invite link.

  3. Softbanned 3 accounts, purged 41 messages.

  4. An admin deleted #general, #rules and #staff in 6s.

  5. Stripped their Administrator role. Owner pinged.

  6. Restored 3 channels, 2 roles and 14 role assignments.

Two jobs, done before your mods are awake

Raids and spam

  • Watches every new member, including bots, for their first minutes in the server.
  • Scores behavior, not just message count: a link, an invite or a mass mention weighs more than "hi".
  • Catches the same message pasted by many accounts, even when the link changes.
  • Spots join spikes and tightens everything automatically.

Rogue admins and nukes

  • Reads the audit log for mass channel and role deletes, bans, kicks, webhooks and bot adds.
  • Strips the dangerous roles of a hacked admin, or bans a rogue bot.
  • Rebuilds deleted channels and roles from a snapshot taken before the attack.
  • Unbans the people they banned and removes what they created.

Stays out of the way

Only new accounts are watched, and only for their first minutes. Mods and admins are never touched, and a softban lets real people rejoin.

What happens when something trips

  1. Watch

New members and admin actions are tracked in short sliding windows.

  2. Score

Behavior adds up. Normal chatting never gets close to the limit.

  3. Act

Spammers are softbanned. A nuking admin loses their power.

  4. Restore

Once the attacker goes quiet, the damage is rebuilt and reported in your log channel.

Docs

Quick start

  1. Press Add to Discord, pick your server and approve the permissions.
  2. Open Server Settings, Roles and drag the ZeroHour role above the admin and mod roles it should be able to strip.
  3. Done. ZeroHour starts protecting your server straight away.

Permissions

ZeroHour needs View Audit Log (to see who did what), Manage Roles and Manage Channels (to strip and restore), Ban Members (softbans), and Manage Webhooks (to remove webhook spam). It also asks for Kick, Timeout and Read Message History. It cannot act on the server owner, and it cannot grant permissions it does not hold itself.

Anti-raid

Every new member gets a watch window (10 minutes by default). Each message earns points: plain 1, link 3, invite 5, mass mention 5, plus 2 for a duplicate and 2 for a burst. At 12 points the account is softbanned: banned and instantly unbanned so their recent messages are purged. If 8 accounts join within 30 seconds, raid mode lengthens the windows and halves the limit.

Anti-nuke

ZeroHour counts what each person does in the audit log. Three channel deletes in 10 seconds, four bans in 30, or seven destructive actions in 20 trips it. It then strips their dangerous roles, pings the owner, waits for them to stop, and restores deleted channels, roles, permission overwrites and role members from the last snapshot taken before the attack. Snapshots are taken every 5 minutes.

FAQ and troubleshooting

How do I set it up?

Press Add to Discord, choose your server, then drag the ZeroHour role above your admin and mod roles in Server Settings, Roles. That is the whole setup.

Will it ban my regular members?

No. ZeroHour only watches accounts that just joined, and only for their first minutes. Moderators and admins are skipped. A softban removes someone's recent messages and lets them rejoin, so a mistake is never permanent.

ZeroHour is in my server but doesn't seem to react

Check that the bot shows as online and that it still has View Audit Log, Manage Roles, Manage Channels and Ban Members. If you changed its role or removed permissions, re-adding it with the button restores them.

I see "Missing Permissions" or it can't remove someone's role

Discord only lets a bot act on people below its top role. Drag the ZeroHour role above the roles it needs to manage in Server Settings, Roles.

A restored role came back without Administrator

A bot cannot grant permissions it does not hold. ZeroHour restores the role with the permissions it has and tells you which ones to re-grant by hand.

Can it stop the server owner?

No. Discord does not let any bot act on the owner. If the owner account is compromised you will get an alert, so secure that account immediately.

What can't it restore?

Message history, kicked members (they can rejoin), exact channel ordering, and settings it does not snapshot, such as forum tags.
